My name is Joanne Reder and I have successfully represented home buyers and sellers in Sussex county and surrounding areas for over 20 Years- through boom times and down times. I grew up in New Milford, NJ with my parents and four brothers. I married my husband Daniel, who is also a licensed Realtor & contractor, in 1976 and together we have two children, Karissa and Daniel Jr. as well as two grandchildren. I have worked in sales my entire life and in early 1990’s I decided to try my hand at real estate. After being employed with well-known agencies in the area for years, I decided that I wanted to open my own real estate business. I bought and renovated a historic building in the center of Franklin Borough in the year 2002. Since the opening of my business over ten years ago, I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, commercial businesses and land. I am a Commissioner for the Superior Court of New Jersey, a member of the Lakeland Bank Advisory board, the National Association of Realtors, the North Central Jersey Board of Realtors, and the Passaic County Board of Realtors. I belong to the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Newport County Preservation Society of Rhode Island and the Victorian Society of America.
